I’m a filmmaker working across documentary, narrative and commercial projects, engaged with research into intergenerational memory, belief and archives.
Writing is central to my process.
I studied a BSc at Durham University and later an MSc in Social Anthropology at the London School of Economics. Anthropology’s emphasis on participation and emic knowledge continues to inform how I work with people and places.
This approach extends into my ongoing engagement with urbanism through Freehold Magazine, UN-Habitat and LSE Cities.

Returning to a domestic accident from her childhood, an event she never witnessed but inherited through its aftermath, the work navigates the tension between absence and witness, fact and speculation. Across three screens, reenactments, cartoons, auto-ethnographic writing, and footage of her mother swimming form a looping inquiry, marked by longing for an alternative ending.
